Turning physical scans into digital business relationships.
We believe the QR code on a counter should not just be a static link to one payment app or an Instagram profile. It should be the comprehensive digital operating front for the business.
Who We Are
One QR is an Indian technology company building unified physical-to-digital infrastructure for local commerce and enterprise retailers. We craft software that bridges physical footfall with digital engagement, commerce, and retention.
Our product platform is designed around one core realization: while millions of Indian merchants embraced QR codes for payments, virtually every other customer touchpoint remained fragmented, clunky, or abandoned.
The Problem We Saw & Why We Built One QR
Walk into almost any restaurant, boutique, salon, or clinic across India today, and you will notice a common problem: table stands cluttered with three different QR codes, paper flyers, faded stickers, and links that nobody types into a mobile browser.
If a customer wants to see the menu, they scan one code. If they want to leave a Google review, they are told to search manually. If they want to order on WhatsApp or earn a visit stamp, they are asked to download a 60MB app they will delete tomorrow.
We built One QR to sweep that chaos away. One printed QR standee. One scan. Everything the customer needs accessible in 3 to 5 effortless clicks.
Our Approach: Radical Simplicity for Both Sides
For the End Customer
Zero app installations. Instant browser load speed in <1.2 seconds. Intuitive tabs for menus, reviews, WhatsApp order routing, and 24/7 AI assistance.
For the Business Owner
Total control. Update menus, prices, and viral campaign redirects anytime from your merchant panel without ever replacing your physical counter acrylics.
Our Product Philosophy
- 01 Scan once. Do more: The customer should never have to rescan or hop across disconnected apps.
- 02 3–5 clicks rule: Every intended customer action — whether booking, ordering, or paying — should conclude in 3 to 5 clicks.
- 03 Respect business autonomy: Merchants should own their customer relationships, not be held hostage by aggressive aggregator commission fees.
- 04 Transparent technology: Direct UPI collections, straightforward pricing, and honest capabilities without fabricated promises.
[FOUNDER NAME]
[FOUNDER BIO] "We started One QR with a simple realization: Indian businesses have adopted digital payments at unprecedented scale, but their digital relationship with the customer still ends the moment the payment soundbox beeps.
We wanted to build something that elevates the physical storefront into an active digital community — letting merchants offer digital menus, instant WhatsApp conversations, automated AI guidance, and structured split payment workflows without having to hire a software agency."
